After wearing glasses and contacts for over 25 years and putting up with the pain and in convenience. It is totally awesome to finally be free of them. I’ve been wearing glasses since the age of 16. Due to allergies, I never could wear contact lenses successfully. The Lasik is amazing- no pain, quick, and I can see! What an amazing experience!! It is like being given a chance at a new life. I was driving the day after the surgery, all I wanted to do was look at everything around me. Things I thought I had seen before I really hadn’t. Leaves on trees were clear in amazing detail, flowers were more beautiful than ever. I feel like a child again!!

I have to admit that I was pretty nervous going in, but like everyone promised, it turned out great. It has only been 1 day and I already feel like I’m walking around with my contact lenses in. Everyone at Caster Eye Center treated me with extreme care and kindness. They made the procedure very easy, as it was a difficult decision at first. The entire staff at the office was extremely wonderful. There were no surprises, the staff prepared me for every step of the way. The surgery was quick and painless. The next morning I could see everything. I was reading every thing from my clock (which I couldn’t see before) to the license plate on the cars on the freeway. I would recommend the procedure and this doctor any time.

The Lasik operation was much easier than I expected. It was less painful than a regular eye exam. My vision is better than 20/20 one day after the operation and that’s from 20/700 yesterday.
I am amazed at both the fantastic results of the surgery (20/20 vision) and the ease and quickness of the procedure. I was extremely nervous going into the surgery, yet it was over before I knew it. Dr. Caster and his assistants were wonderful and explained everything in detail many times before and again during the surgery. I am thrilled with the results, and would recommend Dr. Caster and his office to anyone.
