As I'm sure everyone else is, I was terrorized before the procedure. The procedure was really a nothing! No pain - no really loss of sight (2 seconds) No bright light 0 a red one that was easy to look at! I hope that everyone does this - 26 years of contacts, 8 more with glasses and then as of 3 years ago reading glasses! How much can a person carry! One day later - instant vision.
To be down to reading glasses is great and the day after too! No swelling, no puffiness, no headache!
Everyone at breakfast remarked how white the white of my eyes are - I want some more of those drops that get the red out! They couldn't believe I had it done yesterday.

This morning when I awakened, the day after my Lasik, my vision was razor sharp, better than 20/20. Though it has been fluctuating through the day, I am certain from this morning experience that I am in for the best vision of my life. I saw a clip on T.V. about the Lasik procedure at the "Caster Eye Center", and decided ti was about time to do something for myself. After 32 years of glasses and every new contact that hit the market I thought, stop spending the money on remedies and get the surgery.

All the talk prior to the procedure was ten times worse than the procedure itself. 10 hours after the procedure, which was completely painless and quicker that I ever expected, I can see clearly. I can't believe I had something done yesterday afternoon. I woke up like it was any other morning other than the fact that I could see significantly better. I would recommend that to anyone. I was so amazed how easy the procedure was. I was very scared at first and almost changed my mind because I'm such a chicken! But the staff and Dr. Caster were so calming and comforting I decided to go through with it. It was one of the best decisions of my life! The procedure was so quick that I really didn't have time to think about it. The little blue pill given I hour before sure helped too!! Thank you for helping me achieve my dreams of perfect vision!!

What can I say? This is truly incredible. I've had to wear glasses since 5th grade, and contacts always irritated my eyes after a few hours. I am so excited to be able to simply wake up and see everything.
