Wow! Less than 20 hours after the surgery and I'm seeing better than 20/20! I haven't seen this well since freshman year of college - I thought the late nights of studying did me in for good but not so! I was referred by a friend to Dr. Caster and I can echo his glowing compliments for the staff and procedure results. The most discomfort I felt was the equivalent of what I might feel on a smoggy day with contacts left in. I would recommend this surgery and Dr. Caster specifically to anyone who wants a less hassled life - at least as it relates to my eyes! No more glasses/contacts etc. Thanks again Dr. Caster.

I really had miserable eyesight - dramatically different in each eye. I was suffering through double vision. My glasses and contact lenses gave me headaches and eye-strain (especially in one eye). The surgery was amazingly quick and absolutely painless.
The doctors and staff were especially helpful during the follow-up. I had a "wrinkle" in my eye flap. they fixed it immediately and saw me through many of my anxious re-visits. There is no pain now - whatsoever. They were not going to let me leave until and unless I was completely happy! I never felt like I was just being "processed" and felt at times like I was their only patient. Thanks to all and your support! I recommend to everyone to do it!

The whole experience was truly awesome. I don't know why I waited so long. The doctors and everyone at the center were wonderful - warm, helpful and professional. The procedure was, as it promised, painless. That very day I could actually see the hands on the clock, much to my amazement. I slept like a baby the rest of that day. Then the next morning I awoke with this delectable white crud on my eyes - the residue of the steroid drops. A small price to pay for what I was thrilled to be told was 20/20 vision! It really is a miracle. I would heartedly recommend it to anyone who has toiled under the burden of poor vision for years, as I did. Dr. Caster is a miracle-worker!

wow! After wearing glasses since I was 6, I can see without them! I was the biggest skeptic around and waited over a year to have the procedure (Lasik) done. I had been considering this procedure for several years and with so many success stories around, I decided to give it a try. One of my associates told me about the Caster Eye Center and had the procedure done herself with great success. After investigating Dr. Caster's experience and background, I decided I couldn't go wrong. This morning when I went outside, I could see clearly at a distance. I have never been able to do in 50 years! Even glasses didn't do it for me. Today, one day after the surgery, I feel no pain, everything completely normal and painless, just like the procedure. So it's the next morning after the procedure, and I can read license plates!, and street signs!, and the little news crawls at the bottom of the CNN broadcasts! It's pretty amazing. When I was a kid I wanted to be a pilot and couldn't because of my poor vision. Now about fifteen hours after surgery I've gone from 20/400 in both eyes to 20/20. The wonders of modern technology indeed. And all of it quick, and basically painless. Now, if I have a son who wants to go to the Air Force Academy, I'll know that his vision won't be an obstacle to him. First MTV, then the Internet, and now this. It's a great time to be alive.

I have worn glasses since I was 2 years old. The first miracle was when I went from glasses to contacts at the age of 12. My prescription was extremely strong and getting rid of the glasses and the distortion that goes with them was incredible for the next 40 years. Contacts went in every morning and came out at night. Over the years I lost them in every conceivable place. Sports were limited but basically I lived my life much the way a full sighted person would. When I heard about Lasik I knew it was for me. I had to wait for the technology to catch up to my prescription, then 3 months on soft contacts and finally 10 days of glasses. In all those years I never once saw anything upon waking. Today I woke up and saw my room. No reaching for contacts or glasses. I feel like a miracle had occurred. It's almost unbelievable yet it was real. I wish this surgery had been around when I was younger but I accept now with gratitude and joy. So there go my crutches. I can see!

Two weeks before meeting Dr. Caster, I had been scheduled to have the procedure done by another doctor. The day before I was to have gotten the procedure done, the doctor canceled at the last minute. Having seen Dr. Caster's infomercial the night before, I took that as a sign. I never rescheduled with the other doctor and immediately scheduled the appointment with Dr. Caster. The minute I walked into the office, I knew I was an a much better place than I had been before. When I met Dr. Caster and the rest of the staff, I knew I was in the right place. Everything was done in such a professional manner and more extensive testing was done on my eyes, that had been done by the other doctor. I was not nervous about having the procedure done, as I had been before. I now have almost perfect vision, and am once again very grateful to have been guided to Dr. Caster.
