What a beautiful morning! I woke up today and I was able to look over at my alarm clock and actually see what time it was without having to fumble around for my glasses!

The procedure was very easy and almost painless. I was able to work on the computer the very next day from 7:00am until noon although it was slightly blurred. My distance vision was better than with my glasses. The most painful part of the surgery was when they pulled the tape off holding my eye lashes in place!

Unless you've worn glasses since the age of 10, and contacts since age 16, then it's probably hard to relate to the miraculous feeling that I have of NOT having to EVER fuss with contact lenses, a myriad of solutions, bifocals, prescription sunglasses, discomfort constantly, etc., etc., etc.! The procedure is totally awesome. Of course it took me until afterwards for me to actually watch someone else! NO pain and just one day later I woke up and I COULD SEE perfectly! I didn't have to ask my husband what time it was. I could see the small numbers on the clock radio myself! Just unbelievable! And the staff truly feels like family. All so friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. the call that I received the next day from Stewart was so greatly appreciated! Why did I ever wait so long to do this? For me, I couldn't put a price on how good I feel. Dr. Caster is truly a genius! And a warm, sensitive Doctor to boot! Oh, yes...the best part? Being able to hold the teddy bear for comfort! A truly positive experience all around!!
